Tips for Cheapest Longstay Parking at Birmingham Airport

Monday, September 7th, 2009

All those people who ever had to catch a flight out of Birmingham Airport will probably know how difficult it is to ensure car parking, particularly if you do not have so much time, not to mention the quite high rates. I fly out of Birmingham almost every two weeks because of my job, so I have probably tested each available airport parking company which serves this particular airport.

Firstly, I had my car parking arranged by booking it in advance online, which I advise as it saved me some time. In addition, I was offered a specially discounted parking rate. By now I can say I’m an expert regarding the services which the airport parking companies offer at Birmingham airport. I would like to share my experiences with other passengers who are planning to make use of the parking options so they might find my advice helpful and hopefully make travelling a little more comfortable.

About 10 different car parks run parking services out of Birmingham airport and they are all easy accessible. The available firms offer outstanding security including CCTV, 24 hour patrols and a completely fenced floodlit site. You can be sure that your car is safe while you are travelling. If you think police patrols and dog patrols are totally different, then I suggest you check this out further. However, I do not have a single doubt: wherever you decide to have your car parked it will be sufficiently secured during the time you are away.

The most pivotal matter you should be sure of is the time you have left before you have to start checking-in and how high the parking rates will be.

By far the most comfortable way, but the most expensive as well, is to have your car parked for you by the valet parking service such as CPS Meet and Greet offers. A company’s staff member will meet you at the airport at an arranged time and conveniently have your car transported to the parking site for you. Then you should make an appointment with the staff about when you wish to have your car returned and you are off! Could it be more convenient?

The APH Birmingham airport parking company is very easy to reach. The park is situated just off the M42 motorway and M6 toll road. APH Birmingham offers a chauffeured parking procedure. Coaches operate frequent rides to and from the terminals found due to its location just off the M42 motorway and M6 toll road. The company offers valet parking services and at the car park there is frequent transportation to and from both terminal buildings available. The trip last about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. When you come back from your journey you will be collected from the terminal after you have received your baggage. At the site’s return spaces area your car will be ready for you.

The sole parking site which is positioned approximately 4.5 miles from the airport complex is Airparks Birmingham. A free and regular transportation service is provided following a route to and from the two terminal buildings. This service is operational 24 hours and each day of the week. A telephone number which you need to arrange a transfer back to the parking site when you return from your travels will be given to you as soon as the check-in procedure starts.

Actually, making use of the online suppliers to plan your journey is most likely the best advice I can give, you can honestly trust these services, in most cases they offer the most lucrative parking rates, especially the aggregated businesses that operate the highest standard of services compared with any other available options. It makes it all hassle-free. Here are the best means of securing car parking according to my personal experiences for your benefit.

where can i find cheaper Long term parking at Newark airport?

Saturday, September 5th, 2009

I am parking my car for 3 days at Newark airport in Jersey. The Long term parking at the airport goes to $15 per day.
Is there a slightly cheaper option around the airport, like a non-airport owned park area.

There is no other place as cheap or safer. Newark is a high crime area. Trust me, you are much better off parking your car in the long term parking at the airport.

Besides anything you would gain by finding a cheaper place to park would be lost in the additional cost of using a cab back to the airport and to your car on the return trip.

Chicago, Illinois is known for many symbols, deep dish pizza, Al Capone, Michael Jordan, and the Sears Tower. However, no one ever mentions group travel headaches, and uncoordinated transportation plans. Picture this; you need to coordinate your group of 25 of more, family members, business associates, cub scouts, church choirs, military personnel, etc to various locations within the Chicago metropolitan area. Next you weigh your options, public transportation, rental cars, or a limousine fleet. While the most economical choice, public transportation is often crowded and not always available for drop off at the exact location. As for rental cars, would you want to go through the trouble of ordering a caravan of rental cars and expect all of your passengers to navigate through Chicago’s crowded streets and neighborhoods? Long-stay Parking Tips for Cardiff Airport

Saturday, September 5th, 2009

Due to my job I have to fly regularly out of Cardiff airport. The airport only has one terminal so when you decide to park your car here you not have to think about from which terminal you are flying from. Most of the parking services I’ve tried already for many times and as an intensive traveller I really know by now which firm provides the most convenient services. It would be good if you could use some of my advice as it might save you some time and effort when parking your car at Cardiff International Airport.

Nowadays, I always arrange my car parking online before I arrive at the airport. I really can recommend it to everybody as it is without a doubt the most relaxed way of saving time which means you don’t have to hurry getting through customs and security. Additionally, booking through the internet will usually save you some money as well and that’s a benefit as most of you are aware that airport parking isn’t a cheap affair.

Most of the parking services which operate from Cardiff airport offer good services and are professionally run and well-secured. The same standards of security and service can be found almost everywhere you go. Most of parking facilities only vary in location and parking rates. My choice is always based on the expenses and how much time I have on the day I have to catch my flight.

If you are going to park your vehicle for the first time at Cardiff airport and you don’t have a clue which available service you should choose, below I describe some of the businesses which operate outstanding car parks with easy check in procedures.

Cardiff Airparks Services is a reputed and well-established company which operates services at many other UK airports. Their car park at Cardiff airport is conveniently positioned within a short distance from the airport terminal. When you have to park your car further away, no worries, as you will be transferred to the terminal for free.

The long stay car park at Cardiff airport is run by NCP. Their parking site is ideally situated directly on the other side of the main terminal. Certain sections are even within easy walking distance of the terminal. If you have to park your car further away during the busy summer months than you can use their shuttle bus service which runs each five minutes. The trip to the terminal only lasts five minutes.

Finally I would like to mention The Highwayman. Their parking site is operational since nine years. You can find them at the end of the runway. It is a family-run company which holds the Police Gold Star Award. They deserved this award because of their excellent security which includes 24 hour dog patrols and CCTV. A free transportation service to and from the terminal is available as well. With nine years of experience you can be absolutely sure about the safety of your vehicle while you are away on your holiday or business trip.

Over the past three years I’ve checked out several other parking options and I came to the conclusion that the internet suppliers which I will mention below are simply the best. They provide the most rapid and easiest way of arranging your Cardiff airport car parking.

Parking at Bristol Airport

Saturday, September 5th, 2009

Bristol Airport is located approximately eight miles south of the city’s downtown area. I have flown out of Bristol hundreds of times for the last decade. Mostly I have to catch flights for business to Leeds or Manchester. I fly usually three times per month to attend business meetings in both cities. I highly prefer to have my car parked by one of the two on airport parking companies.

I always reserve airport car parking online before I arrive at the airport complex as it saves a great deal of time and also the often discounted prices are a real benefit as most travellers know parking can be rather expensive. Due to my intensive travelling I can clearly say that by now I am a real connoisseur on the subject so you might find the advice I give you very useful. It could make your travels less complicated and hassle-free.

The past decade I really had the chance to try all the other available options at Bristol International Airport including off-site parking, with varied results. I noticed that every car parking site is extremely secured and professionally run by the staff. However, for those who might need extra time, the off-site parking sites are not the most ideal option. On the other hand their rates are usually cheaper and can save you a couple of pounds.

I highly advise the new P & H airport parking company. This excellent facility is operated by a local family and they provide quality services at very affordable rates. Services include a free shuttle service which follows a route to and from the airport, and they even can repair your car, change tyres and wash and wax it while you are away. They really take good care of your car and their staff is very friendly.

Another parking company wish I would like to mention here is Silver Zone as they deserve it. Silver Zone is the official parking facility at Bristol airport. The car park is ideally positioned on the airport perimeter approximately one mile (1.6kms) from the airport terminal building. The site is man-patrolled around the clock. Once you enter the Silver Zone site, your automobile will be comfortably parked for you while you are already on your way to the terminal building.

Both of the firms offer similar services for parking your car at Bristol airport. The mentioned companies offer a very easy check in procedure that will avoid superfluous bureaucratic procedures. Getting your vehicle back is hassle-free as well, no difficulties or useless hanging getting your car out of the facility.

Reserving your airport parking space before you arrive is the wisest thing to do. I remember that when I started flying frequently (ten years ago) there weren’t that many good websites which provided reliable services. However, today there are fortunately excellent online suppliers which offer the most lucrative deals on airport parking. These online companies regularly review their car parking prices just to make sure they can continue offering travellers the best opportunities in terms of for airport parking at fees that provide by far the best value for your money.

Wasting a great deal of time and effort asking around for airport parking fees and info regarding the available services which are represented at and around the airport complex is for sure a drag. The online services which are mentioned below make it all so much more easy-going. Almost everybody can use these websites and you can secure your car parking by just a few mouse clicks. What could be easier? Hope you enjoy all your future travels!
